About Me
Hi, I’m Skye.
I created Luna & Sage because working with animals has always been something I've wanted to do since I was young. After gaining my animal care and dog grooming qualifications, I wanted to build a career around something I genuinely love.
I enjoy getting to know each animal as an individual, learning their personality, their routine and the little things that make them comfortable. When they're in my care, I aim to keep their normal routine as familiar as possible, so they can feel settled and at ease while you're away.

Frequently asked questions.
Do you offer group walks?
I mainly offer individual walks, but I can also walk multiple dogs from the same household together. My insurance allows me to walk up to six dogs. At the moment, I don’t offer walks with dogs from different households.
How far do you travel?
The first 10 miles of travel per booking are included. Additional mileage beyond this distance is charged at 50p per mile, depending on the location.
Can you care for animals other than dogs and cats?
Yes. I accept all kinds of animals, including small pets, birds, reptiles, insects, horses and other livestock. Cattle are not currently covered because of my insurance.
Do you offer grooming?
I offer gentle maintenance grooming add-ons, including nail clipping, paw pad and foot tidies, hygiene trims, ear cleaning, face and eye tidies, and brush-outs. Bathing and drying may also be discussed during house sits, where suitable for the pet and the facilities available. Please get in touch to discuss your pet’s needs and the most suitable options.
